We have a 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and need to tighten the bolts on the DVD Player to the roof.....it's extremely loose. Can anyone help us and possibly let us know how the heck we can do this?? We have been trying all morning and just can't figure out how to tighten the bolts.....is there a way or are we just outta luck??

Any help is appreciated!
