I have a 2001 Excursion 7.3PSD. I have now 4x4 and no lights on dash. I checked the wires at the transfer case and on the top motor there are 6 wires. I had 12 volts at 4 or the wires. I can not find a schematic online for the 4x4 system. I replaced the switch in the dash and still did not work. I spoke with a ford tech and was told to check the GEM Module above the fuse block for water intrusion. Found no water and now the 4x4 lights will not light up when starting the engine... Im at the end of my rope here... I had to get pulled out of a boat ramp by a GMC yesterday and **** me off.
