I haven't put new rims on any car I own, but a
friend of mine did, and there are a few things you have
to consider / watch out for...<br><br>1. if the rim
diameter [19" in your case] is different than what came
with the car, you could have problems with your
odometer not recording the mileage correctly. check with
your dealership on this one, to see if they have a way
to make sure you get the correct mileage on the
odometer [or just ignore it, as my friend did!]<br><br>2.
tires... with larger rims, you run into the problem of
low-profile tires, which typically last 20,000 miles or LESS,
whereas a good set of "regular" tires can last up to and
past 80,000 miles.<br><br>3. as for brand, i recommend
collecting pictures of whatever rims YOU think look good on
your car and then doing a comparison, trying to
picture what they would look like on your car both
sitting still and driving down the road [some rims look
really good when spinning]<br><br>good luck, and let us
