Hey all, I just got a 93 base Probe auto about 3 weeks ago. I love it! I've been looking around for some performance parts on the internet, but haven't found many for the 2.0L. Can you guys help me out? I'm really looking for a cat-back exhaust system. Also, what mods do y'all suggest I do on a modest budget? Thank you Kevin

Hey, As far as cat-back, Bosal BroSpeed makes a cat-back system (they also have header for th 2.0). Build quality is very good, and install isn't too bad. For other mods on the cost effective side, I would probably look at posssibly a front strut brace; different spark plugs and wires; or an air intake system to replace the stock airbox contraption. There's not much of a selection, but many of the performance related items can be found on probenet.tripod.com. I have not put any updates on this site, because I will be shutting it down soon, but the info will be available on a new site I am launching in a week or so. www.probenet.com will be launching in a week or two, I am just trying to put the finishing touches on the Probe Drag Times Database. This will be a fully automated html interfaced database where probe owners can submit their drag times and update them when necessary. This is setup to serve the Probe Community much like the "times.dsm.org" site caters to the DSM crowd. Enjoy, Bryan Pendleton >

The Bro speed Header is great I have it on my 95 Base ATX probe. There are all sorts of plug wires out and there are two intakes there is a IceMan intake and a RS Akimoto intake also. I have not heard the BOsal exhaust so i dont have a opion on it I my self did a custome exhaust. Go to www.corksport.com they have lots of stuff for the probe. hey dude, i'm pretty much where ur at. some places u might want to look at are Fastfours.com, and they have a lot of performance products and links for ya. An intake and maybe an exhaust is the easiest and cheapest way to get a little more power in your probe.
