I've got a 2008 Escape 3.0L w/ Auto Trans that has developed what I used to call a "Steering Growl". It's the noise
that you used to hear when a power steering pump was low on fluid. However, this thing has an electric assist power
steering system on it so it's probably NOT a steering issue.
Does anyone have any idea what the noise is? ... where it's coming from? .... Thanks.....
