Okay this is the problem if your probe is a base model like mine you can't just put the cover on it. I went to the ford dealership and asked they showed me the picture and there are fastiners are different and it just won't clip on there. Belive me I wish it would, cause the bumper cover through ford is cheaper then getting it through the junk yards. The junk yards are so exspensive because you are getting everything not the just the bumper cover, your getting the brackets the fastiners everything. It sucks. Cause I want the front and rear bumpers. Jose G

From what I understood by the photo, we have to find a whole bumper not just the cover. It contains the brackets and mounts that will attach it self to the front of our probes. Belive me man i'm with ya I can't stand my bumper it sucks. The read is the same way. You just have to find one through a junk yard I think the front one I got qouted was about 100+ and the rear was way more exspensive. Just gotta save that money. I want the '95 or newer bumper cause I have a exhaust system planned for it. If you know of anywhere that you can get the whole bumper assemblies from for cheap keep me posted. Jose G

I know how you feel Joe just keep looking at the junk yards you might be able to come across a good price. I think the total that I need is like 500-700 dollars for both bumpers. Keep your eyes open and keep looking. Jose G

I found someone to sell me their GT bumper and I'll be doing the rear bumper swap (PSE to GT) and I'll let you know for sure if it works. -Lino Sacman, SCPOC '93 Rio-Red PSE, 5-spd >And is this the same for all years? What about a 93PGT swaped with a 93 >base? >

All I know is that the rear...rear mind you gt bumper cover was 560 dollas from ford directly.....the front would probably be lots more than that....rediculous for a piece of plastic! Carolyn 96 SE

I've helped my two friends swap their rear GT bumpers ('93 and '95). Bolt patterns and mounts were exactly identical. Only difference was in the wiring harness and # of bulbs for the tail lights. If they were able to put a GT bumper on your PSE Carolyn...I know for sure I can get it to work on mine. -Lino Sacman, SCPOC '93 Rio-Red PSE, 5-spd >All I know is that the rear...rear mind you gt bumper cover was 560 dollas >from ford directly.....the front would probably be lots more than >that....rediculous for a piece of plastic! >Carolyn >96 SE >

I don't know if the rear GT bumper is the same for all years...but in my case, it has a spot for my license plate...however the license plate is already mounted between my tailights...so if thats the case make sure you get the part to fill in between your tail lights, otherwise you'll look as dumb as I do right now..:) Carolyn 96 >
