3.0 or 4.0

Newbie Group: Guests Posts: 0 Joined: 14-June 08 Member No.: 240 Drives: Ford Location: USA	ok everyone my 3.0 locked up on me the other day ford and my mechanic doesnt know way when it had good oil pressure and so forth . so should i rebuild the 3.0 or should i find a low mileage 4.0 and put into it and what is all involved in it or is it a direct bolt in and soforth any help would be great thanks all Rich
