Someone in my neighborhood is selling their 97 ford probe for 13K... but he says it's a 2.5L 32 Valve... is there a such thing??? Thanks Glen

No, it's a 24-valve. No 8-cylinder Probes. (although that could have replaced the Mustang....) We can all dream, cant we?? Tim 93 PSE

Hey, the probies with 2.5 i've noticed they typically have a badge on the back above the bumper that says 24v. Look for that. Or get the guy to pop the hood. Carolyn 96se >

To make it clear, I think the Probes 95 or newer all had the 24v on the back in place of the GT, so it just read Probe 24v. Look for that. tim '93 PSE

I have never heard of a 32 valve v-6 and there is no way they could make one each cylinder has to have the same amount of valves and 32 is not divisable by 6 therefore he dosen't know what the hell he is talking about. Jeremy >
