I have just joined the group and recently just bought my first thunderbird. I am haveing a little trouble in finding parts I want for it. I want to get a handling package for it but I don't know where to go. Any help would be great.

Eibach makes progressive springs for the T-bird, at least for 97 and earlier I am sure, that lower it about 1.5". Tokico also makes springs, not sure about the amount of lowering. You can get shocks or struts from just about any major manufacture, Tokico, Billstien, KOni are probably the best, and adjustable but cost around $500 a set. You can get Sway bars from Addco, Kenny Brown makes front strut tower braces, rears you will have to look around or make your own Johnny Langton was making them but don't know right now. Sub frame connectors are hit and miss to my knowledge, if you find someone making them let me know, Johnny Langton may make them, Kenny Brown makes them for 93 and earlier I think, or you can find a good shop local and have them made and installed and most likely for a decent price. You can Join TCCOA.com for about $40 and get pretty decent discounts on alot of stuff like springs and shocks through Shox.com, and look throught the member sites and forums to find some of the hard to find items, lots of them have links and so forth. Just remember an '88 sport is a Fox not an MN12. Kenny Brown has some stuff for foxes. I talked to JL a couple weeks ago and he has no plans to make any Fox parts as he doesn't have a Fox to test fit and design them on. > > Eibach makes progressive springs for the T-bird, at least for 97 and earlier I am sure, that lower it about 1.5".
