My recommendation would be to use some good lubrication like liquid wrench and let it penetrate the material for 15-30 mins. and try drilling a small hole in the center of each broken stud and use an easy out tool to try and remove. Note: use a center punch to make a drill starting point in the center of each stud and drill very slowly. If that does not work you may have to drill out studs completely and re-tap the holes. I used to build military defense rockets and missiles and had to remove broken stainless fasteners the same way.
