take off the inside door panels, and lube the tracks and the felts at the
edges of the glass.
If the glass rocks fore and aft a lot, the plastic sliders that move in the
tracks may be too worn. Might be able to adust the rod the slider moves on,
or may need to replace them. {mark the bolt location of anything you adjust,
so you can revert if it makes it worse}
the main thing is with the inside panel off move the window up and down-
you'll see and find the places it's binding.
wd40 on the edges of the glass may fix it for a few months.
