my 91 t-bird has a problem the OverDrive will rev up to about 4/Grand but the thats all i get i put it back in drive and she does about 3grand @ 65-70 mph she just won't go pass 35 mph in OD anyone got suggestions

Although the AOD transmission wasn't really reliable, it doesn't always need a rebuild. The torque converter (which is what your overdrive really is) usually just needs to be replaced.
