I have a 94 thunderbird with the mustang 4.6 liter v-8. I know in that year ford made several diffrent 4.6 liters all with diffrent horsepower rateings any were from 230 up to 320. Any one got a glue why engine was used and the horse power. All my searches over the net have be usless.

Hey, your HP rating is 205, and your torque rating should be around 280-285 ft-lbs. On a '94, the horsepower is 205 and torque is 265ft-lbs. The '96 and '97 models have 280ft-lbs of torque due to their less restrictive intake.<br><br>Kenny
