Have any of yous folks ever replaced the EGR tube on a 302? Mine leaks on the drivers side head and makes the truck sound like it has an exhaust problem. Parts stores are all sending me to the dealer for the tube, which will run somewhere near 40 bucks, just looking for any secrets or warnings you can share. If it is just gonna be a pain in the ass no matter what I do then I can handle that, but didn't want to dive in without asking, since this group has helped quite a few people...myself included recently.<br><br>Thanks, Lenny

These things turn to extremely fragile metal over the years and eventually break. When you are doing headers its almost impossible not to break it. When I did my headers I had to get a new one from the Ford dealership and it ran me near $50. YOu could try to rig it up with JB weld, I suppose, but this is one of those situations where you really just need to right part. Good Luck!<br>John D<br>www.wt4wheeling.com
