The horn and cruise control on my 98 Contour SE don't work. I had the problem when I originally got the car and thought I had corrected it when I examined the fusebox in the engine comparment and pushed a lose fuse back in place and then hit the panic button on my keychain, causing the horn to blow. The horn work and cruise control worked after that but now are again not functional. Any ideas?
