I have a 2000 explorer and my A/C clutch engages when it is set for heat. If i turn it to the off position it stops, but if I have it on any other setting the clutch engages then for a couple of seconds then goes off, and it keeps doing this. Any help would be great. THanks

I have only one answer, mechanic or the dealer. Why to take a chance?
