I have great news for the 2.0L owners. I just talked to unorthodox racing and they are willing to do adjustable cam gears for us. I need 10 COMITTED buyers. The cost will be around $400.00 for the pair. As soon as i have 10 confirmed people I will send in my gears to them. If I have less than 10 confirmed orders by the end of next week, the cost will be about $500.00. The turn around time will be 7-10 weeks from order date. Please let me know ASAP. Steve

You can dial in your cam timing and increase you power by ~ 3-5%. Hondas and Acuras have been doing this forever and i finally got an extra cylinder head to do my head work with and this is one thing I thought people would be intereasted in. I'm definitely doing this, but the price goes down if others join in. Steve

ouch!!! $400... thats alot just for gears! dont the Honda guys get them for like $200? How do they work, how do you adjust them? thanks for getting info for us, but i think for 400 bucks i would have to see a good 20hp to the wheels... cause for 400 bucks i could do alot of stuff to my car. if we could get alot more people in on a bulk buy, and mabey get the price down to around 200, i would deffinatley be in on it! $400 to me = NOS, down payment on FSZE, headers... (i could go on forever) BUT THANK GOD the aftermarket is starting to open up for us 2.0 dudes.

The gears are normally $190 each, even for the Honda guys. With these gears you could see a 8-10 HP increase at the wheels if you sit on a dyno and tune your car. The magic number for a good price is 10 people at $400. It doesn't get any better than that. The other gears they sell are $190 each. I called AEM and they won't touch it, and their gears are $200 each for the Honda's. Steve

Teese gears allow you to fine tune your valve timing. Which can greatly increase your power output. The cost is $400/pair(you need one pair) and installation cost should be very low if you do this at the same time you do a cam and timing belt. The hard part comes in the tuning. You need to get on a dyno for the best results, or you can just advance your timing and drive and the readjust the timing. Adjustments are easy after they are installed. AEM has a little bit of info on the ones they have, but they won't make them for our cars. <A HREF="http://www.aempower.com/html/cam_gears.htm">AEM Gears< /A> hope this helps. Steve
