My Aerostar battery runs down so low it won't start the car if it isn't driven for a week or so. I'm resonably sure it's not a poor battery because this happens with two different batteries. I know how to connect an ammeter to measure the battery drain and remove fuses and disconnect things to find out what is draining the battery. Has anyone been down this path before and can offer some advice like what could cause the battery drain?

Sounds like an alternator.       Elaine
