anybody know where the beeper is located for the air bag alarm. i replaced my steering wheel and had to get rid of the airbag of course. next i found the light would blink all the time which is nerve racking at night. so i pulled my gauges out and pulled the bulb out that goes to the airbag light. next time i started my car i heard a beeping. i'm eventually gonna take out the passenger side also to install a small tv. but untill then i'd like to stop all the blinking and dinging coming from my dash. any help is much appreciated. Chris 96se modified on the outside and interior soon to be go fast equipped. . . .

Under your hood, drivers side right up by windshield. There is a orange and blue plug set. That i believe is for the airbags. You should be able to unplug it and stop all that. Passenger side, take out your glove box. There is a panel you have to take out, then pull in the sides of the glove box to let it flip straight, pointing down. There is the same orange and blue harness in there, unplug those for the passenger side. Not sure if all that would stop the beeping but it may.
