I have an EB AWD/4x4 and the salesman at Nappa Auto Parts said I only need 1 pair of chains. If the road conditions require it, should I install it on the front or rear? I'm thinking the front so I can get extra traction for turning? My owner's manual doesn't say anything... Once the chains are on, then I would also imagine that I should switch to 4WD-HIGH (vs. 4WD-AUTO). Any thoughts or experience out there?

You only NEED ones for the front, but you want both sets.
