I have a 96 contour and I put in a rebuilt alternator several years ago which has recently gone bad. To make a long story short I got a new alternator replaced and will now be making the trip to Pep Boys to use my lifetime limited warranty on the bad alternator. Sooo.... I will now have a new in box re-built alternator for a 96 GL 4 cylinder and would be willing to sell it because I have no use for it. The price I paid was $167 and Pep Boys will not give me money back just a new part. I would be glad to sell it for $125. I wanted to post here before adding it to ebay. Please respond back in anyone would like it.
