I just bought the Brospeed header from se95prob-@... Very easy to install. While installing I noticed my cat had had the insides falling out. So I decided to hollow it out. It made it louder and no go. Up until 3500 rpm's it was slow. After 3500 rpm's it would take off but was slower than before. I could find a stock cat at any of the auto stores so I ot the universal cat instead. Screw going to the dealership. Now the car is even slower. Last week I ran the 1/8 in 10.1. This week I ran a 11.4 in the 1/8 and in the 1/4 I ran 17.4 at 79 mph. What the hell!! I'm should be running high 15's. My friend with the V6 Accord even beat me. I usually stomp his tail. My header runs into the smaller universal cat into 2 1/4" pipe back to a Tsudo muffler. Do you think I have no back pressure, is the cat to small, do I need to down size my piping, or it it the header?

I dont think you should be running high 15's...possibley mid 16's..MIght wanna try the random tech cat..It would be great if we could get a bulk buy goin on these because im lookin for one also..Hollowing out the cat is bad because the exhaust will collect into the cat and then your backpressure will then decrease greatly.. Jude Olwell 93Pse borla exhaust, brospeed headers, tokico illuminas, intrax springz, and NGK wires..
