okay, got a 94 accord. . .lol nah got a 94 probe se, abotu 120000 miles on it, squeaks when i start it up first thing. . .and if it sits idle long enough, whe i start it again it makes the same noise. . . .also the lights at night flicker when i start it up. .it happens while the squeak is going on. . .am i correct to assume that it is the charging belt????

Yeah, that sounds right.  Inspect the belt for damage, check deflection, etc.  Either replace it or tighten it to specs.  Mine did the same thing before I replaced my belts for the underdrive pulley.
