I just bought a 4 bike, 1 1/4" hitch mount, foldable carrier (SportRack Frontier) at Canadian Tire for $149.95. With the hitch receiver stabilizer ($19.95 accessory), you can't beat this rack for price and it has to be the cheapest (and safetest)means of carrying 4 bikes on an Escape.
