I just bought a 2006 freestar with 16K miles. Is there anything easy I can do to increase the HP a little bit? Thanks.

I think the easiest way to get more go out of any car is to get a performance exhaust made and decent air induction system made too. These are the best ways without directly touching the engin itself.
