I have a ford Bronco and the speedo has stoped working now the rev counter was also not working. i changed the clocks and the rev counter worked but still no speedo. could someone help me?

Is it legal to drive it without a working speedometer? I know it is an offence in some places. I am sorry I don't know how to put it right, but I wanted to pose the question just in case you hadn't thought about it. I hope you get it working soon.
