Honestly, I might as well be pulling numbers out of my behind. Noone can
really answer that. There is some fancy, very expensive software that can
"predict", but you have to know the initial profile and response, and then
it will "predict" the results of profile changes, but I am sure no cam
regrinder is going to have that info for our cars. OK, you want numbers.
If I were to make an educated guess, assuming you get a very low restriction
exhaust and a "mild" cam, I would guess about 15-25 peak dyno hp, but I can
almost guarantee you that you will loose low end torque, but you will
probably push the power band up several hundred rpm, meaning you might be
able to rape the engine up to 6500rpm and still be in the power band.
The only way to really find out is to do it.
