hello i have recently bought a 1999 ford windstar lx and i am very pleased with it thus far. but my wife and i have some big ideas for the van. the problem that i am having is i can not find any place that sales what i am looking for. please tell me if i am wasting my time. is ther any other modle cars that are compatibal with my van . please forgive my spelling it is not one of my strong suites

The aerostar is the only car with that body. All years were the same basic structure, except changes to the grille area over the years. Two body styles, long and shorty with all the diff. after the rear wheels. The hood is already lightweight fiberglass, doubt if there's a production carbon fiber one, and doubt it would save much lbs vs. what it would cost.
