i have a 1998 Ford Contour and i was wondering what is the best type + brand cold air intake+ exhaust system i should get. Any suggestions/advice/comment i would appreciate it.

i got one off ebay for about $170 with a K&N filter not sure if it helped much but made it louder

A company called Nautilus Performance makes an excellent cold air intake system for the Contour. It draws cold air from the wheel well area, bypassing the warm, under-hood air that reduces performance. Go to www.contour.org forums and do a search for "Nautilus".
