Hello, It's funny you posted that, because I just got a 1999 P71 Police package Crown victoria and when I turn over the key the car starts immediately, but in the engine, I can hear like a clicking sound and was wondering if that is a normal condition on a police package with 81,000 miles? When the car warms up you don't hear the clicking sound, so it could be a normal thing and something that just happens with the 4.6 ltr V8. **Note**: ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ABOVE INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. You can send me a reply to the above message at: jmurdog21@... --Jason
