the intake i want costs just as much as a blower. so, i'm just gonna save up and get the allen, roots blower. a club here in slc will put it in for $805 in labor and 3500 for parts

Holy crap, what kind of intake are you getting? The SVO intake is $1500 and that's less than half the cost of a supercharger. If someone is trying to sell you a $3000 intake, they're trying to rip you off.<br><br>I would get the PI heads and intake before installing the allen kit. You'll get similar gains, it will cost MUCH less, and if you decide to supercharge later, you'll get ALOT more out of it. For example, on vortech's website, their supercharger on a '98 mustang (non-PI heads) adds 75 hp. On an '99 mustang (with PI heads) the supercharger adds 104hp. That's about a 39% increase.<br><br>I'm not trying to tell you how to do your car or anything, I just want you to be aware of all the options. Hope this helps<br><br>Kenny

ok kenny. that's sounds like a plan. where do i buy the pi heads and svo intake, and what else do i need? ( besides the tb, maf and intake tube)
