 Are you talking about the new 6.0 or the 7.3?  I have the 6.0 and we have gotten as high as 19+ but when i pull the heavy stuff (horse trailer with horses) it drops down to 12+.  Mine is a 350 4x4 dually, so i think i am loosing some there also.  I only have 16,000+ on mine, so she is still breaking in.  Now that winter is here i think i will not be getting as good with the winter blends and #1 going into the tank now that it is cold.  Hope it helps.
