The heads will swap unless they're from a newer fuel injected engine
and even those might swap but I'm not certain. The lifters are
matched to the cam by wear over time and should be replaced only if
the cam is replaced as well, otherwise leave them in their original
positions. You do need the remove the rocker assemblies from the
heads otherwise you'll be fighting valve spring compression. The
pushrods can be interchanged, hydraulic lifters compensate for any
slight difference in length. If you use solid lifters you need
adjustable rockers on the heads. Chances are you have hydraulic.
