That's what I'm talking about, remove the yellow backing yourself but instead of painting that corner (as is suggested on that page) replace the yellow backing with the white corner reflectors I stumbled across on carparts.com, they're only 20 bucks and will create a much more professional look IMHO. Yes I have done this. And it is no harder than if you were going to replace them with ordered clears you just have to split the lenses down the seam (they lenses are made in two pieces) after that you just pop the amber plate out and then with a good sealent seal them back together. it took me longer to rip my bumper off to get to them than it did to modify them.
