hi I have a 1997 lx srs my problem is that my drivers side door handle is coming off the outside handle I took it to the dealership they said it would cost me $178 to fix thats insane is there a easy way I could fix it my self if so where could i get the parts needed thanks for any help see my pictures loaded 97

Depends on how it's broken. If the whole assembly is coming off, drill out the rivet holding it on and replace it or just get a short bolt and nut and do it. If it's seperating you'll need a whole new handle and then the above process but with two rivets and a rod attached to the handle to pull up on the latch. I swapped my 1994 to 1996/1997 style door handles and took about an hour.
