I have a Ford F-250 truck with a 7.3 powerstroke turbo diesel. Recently I was trying to wire a trailor up to the 7 pin connection in the bed of the truck. I had the bare wires from the extension exposed and 2 things happened. First the ground wire ( white wire ) touched the bed and I saw a minor spark, from then on there seemed to be no ground connection when I tested the lights out in the trailor. As the brakes were applied the trailer lights went out all together and same thing with the blinkers. I had the hazard lights on trying to figure out the problem and I think another wire touched the metal bed or something and the blinkers all went out. still had running lights, no blinkers also ABS light flashes and the truck will not go into gear at all!!!
