Can anyone help me. My engine quit on my 1994 F350 7.3l about a month ago. Cranked but would not start. (check engine light was on). After trying over a period of several weeks it started, ran fine and check engine light was off. I had a diagnostic done and it had 4 codes, P0603, P0236, P0340, and P1211. Other then CPS (P0340) would and of these other codes cause a complete failure? Should I just replace the CPS and hope that was the problem? I'm afraid to drive it anywhere in case it just decides to quit again.

hi, same problem here the motor just quits , left alone it will restart after a good rest . the shop here wants to replace the ingnition modulatot and stator . we been down the road before with an other ford 350 motorhome ten years ago . sold it becauce we could never solve the problem perminitly. every time it died it was an other 500.00 for a modulator. and 6 months later it would do it again. does anyone have the right answer to this riddle. vaughn
