I have an 84 mustang with an 85 t-bird turbo coupe engine and ecm in it. I race the car on the circle track. The last time that I raced it ran great untill I shut it off for a few minutes and restarted it. It will start and then die right away unless I give it alot of throttle. I've replaced the throttle position sensor, IAC, temp sensor, ECM, I've checked the fuel pump and filter. I am getting fuel all the way back to the return. The timing is correct and there are no Ecm codes that would affect the way it runs. I'm at a loss right now. Please help if you have the answer. Thanks

I found the problem and it was really a simple fix. The air intake between the VAF and the throttle body had a hole burned through it.
