First I have a 93 Probe SE Just have a quick question for you guys. When I drive to work, which is about a 30 min. drive, my engine temp gauge, hardly ever gets up to normal when its cold out side. Some times it doesnt even come up above the lowest line. Is this normal for the engine to stay this cold? Does this happen to anyone else? Bad Sensor?

You could have a bad coolant tempreture sensor, or your thermostat is bad, meaning its stuck open and and not letting the coolant heat up. Or you could have a bad gauge. But most of the time its the sensor and the thermostat, or the sensor, But if you don't have a scan tool to check for the voltage coming from the coolant sensor, you can back probe the sensor with a multimeter and look at the voltage coming from the sensor, it should be around 5v from what my all data CD-ROM is telling me. Its the Best program you can get. So you might want to check out your sensor. Just a thought. Jose G

Its call All Data, but Popular Mechanics is who is producing it. I got mine at AutoZone, but I used the same program at Delaware Tech where I got my AA degree in Automotive Technology. It cost 20.00 and you get only one car with the purchase price. The cd rom contains more information but you have to pay for the extra things you want. I can even get TSBS on probes but I have to pay extra for it, its about 10.00 dollars i'll get them later, right now I have repair and diagnosis. If you need some info on anything just drop me a email, that goes for everyone. Jose G

Yes the cd rom and the vehical you pick comes with diagrams and photos and procedures, but if you chose the TSB data you just get that the service bulitins. But most people choose the repair and procedures first and then buy the TSB's. Now to anyone that can answer this is there a hole any where on the fire wall that I can run wires through for my amp, I am almost done with this night mare project, I wonder why I ever started it but i'm almost done now I just need to run the wires to my amp PLEASE if anyone is on please let me know if you have any ideas thanks.
