Why is it that none of the companies I hear about for exhaust for our cars lists anything in their application specs on the net?  Does anyone know where I can find this information?  Everything I find is for a damn Honda or Acura!  It is a pain is a pain in the _ss!!!

I am trying to get ideas and a budget for building up my car but am struggling finding manufacturers who even recognize these cars!!

I have a standard dual exhaust on my '73. Two tips though, make sure that they route the drivers side as far away from the front shaft, mine is not lifted and now I have a dent in my exhaust pipe where my u-joint hit it, and make sure that they go by the trans-case as high as possible. If your Bronc is lifted this probably won't be such a big deal.

I have the Flowmaster American Thunder System in my 92 Gt and its the best exhaust system i have heard. Its nice and loud (if you like it that way...i do). As for headers, i'd go with (but dont have them yet) the Mac shorty headers. I've heard that the equal length headers arent worth the extra money, or extra trouble to install unless you have tons of mods done to your car. Hope that helps. Mike Cobra433@...

I have MAC full length with off road h-pipe and the 2 chamber American thunder from flowmaster. I would say if you are going with an off road pipe you might as well go with the full length headers. They are supposed to flow better and increase power and they have a very good sound. Ray95GTS

I have a 87 5.0 with Mac Shorty headers (1-5/8" unequal), a Mac High Flow Cat- H Pipe, and a Mac 2-1/2 Flowpath cat back. I like it, the headers and h-pipe have been on there for prob. 2-3 years with no trouble or corrosion. I put the cat back on (from a Dynomax kit) and picked up a tenth in the 1/4. Other than its on the loud side (equally as loud as my friends 86 with Full length headers - off road pipe [both Mac] and Flowmaster 3 chambers with turn downs). I think I'm going to a new cat-back with Dynomax Ultra-Flows - should have same deep sound but without the volume.

I have a 95 Gt with a mac h-pipe and 2 chamber flomasters. I love the sound and the drone isn't that bad but I am contemplating on going to the mac 3" system. Kevin
