When the vehicle is punched, sometimes it will seem to drop out, the RPM's will go high, and you have to release the accellerator then push down again. Most of the time after slowing down for a corner or such. 2000 F250 diesel, 4wd, 226k miles, VERY severe duty (In town, highway, emergency driving) Any ideas?
