Cat back system and shorty headers. They free up
exhaust flow. And will actually improve gas mileage. And
they will allow you to run or stock emmissions
equipment so it won't affect your warranty. Then you should
do a larger throttle body that will pick up a few
more ponies and a lot more Rpm's on the top end and
better acceleration. With out affecting gas
mileage.

A fenderwall cold air system and a larger mass
air flow sensor. Probly should be done at the same
time as the throttle body. If not the cold air atleast
the M.A.S. They won't affect gas mileage
either.

If you have an auto matic transmission. Anything
to make it shift faster. I.E. valve bodies, shift
kits, billet servos, ect. They will all improve
accelleration. Improve your trannies life by puting less wear on
bands and clutchs. And will improve your gas mileage by
getting you in to higher gears quicker.
