if anyone has seen the most recent issue of automobile magazine, there is a report about the focus svt! it is due out in november of this year developing 170 hp(awww) and will sticker under 20K and include leather, ABS, 6 speed getrag transmission and other goodies. I CANT WAIT.

What is a "getrag" transmission? I'm assuming it's some sort of manual transmission?

I reckon the car has a six speed to keep the revs up but the shift action is so good on my car that I shouldnt see why it'd be a blast to drive the SVT. I think Im gonna mozey on down to my dealer when they have one in to take a spin. Ill let you know when I do. BTW when is the SVT going to be on sale and I LOVE that new blue paint?

Yeah that new "Ford racing blue" is very cool. Isn't the SVT gonna go for about 19k?

well they told me that it would right at 20 tho with every option!! but just under 18 with basic package!!
