Note to all zx3 owners. Don't blow a valve cover gasket anytime soon. Ford has them on back order nationwide for 1 - 1 1/2 months and there is NO aftermarket replacement. NONE. IT DOES NOT EXIST. So be carefull. I keep,(or KEPT) mine right in the middle of the powerband almost non stop (3600-4600 RPM) and it takes it's toll. I expected it to and did so on purpose so it would be replaced before the dreaded 36,000 mile mark so it would be warranty work. But it is looking grim now. So don't blow one for a month or two. Happy Driving, Forest.
