I recently found a '86 Bronco after a very long search. I has most everything i wanted, except rust. No excessive rust but enough to require some repair. They were askin $2750, then i was told $2300. But after seeing alot of faded paind and a dent or 2, I decided $230 was too much. I was going to offer $1995 and tell them take it or leave it. Here are the details. 1986, 302 FI, AT, both rebuilt 80k ago, (205,000 mi on the vehicle)(186,000 on the title), new 32" tires, everything tight on front end, flowmaster exhaust. Looks good from a distance. What do you guys think? Thanks

I understand the rust issue all to well. I live in the rust belt(PA). My last '86 I had was totally rusted out. I can only spend around $2000 and that really limits me as to what i can buy. Most have to be shipped and thats expensive. I think i have little choice. All its needs really is body work and paint. The mechanical side of it is great.
