So I am going EFI and need to have return lines to both the aux and main
tank. I am trying to avoid using the expensive six line electric tank
selector switch. I need to know if this idea is feasible or not.
Run fuel lines from both tanks to the stock selector switch. After the
selector have the LP pump, accumulator and hp pump. after the rails i would
have the return line going to the main tank only. then i would take a line
from the main tank to the aux tank to act as an overflow or equalization
line. This way the main tank is always getting extra fuel no matter what
tank is in use. if the main tank is already full and is receiving fuel from
the aux tank, the extra fuel can overflow to the aux tank since that is
where it originated in the first place. Is this feasible and safe? Pros or
cons?
Thanks,
Mike
