What you need to do is isolate what could be causing this. Like u
mentioned a bunch od shit gets powered off the number 13
fuse..Alright find a way to stop all that stuff from getting powered
or somehow disconnect all the sysytems One at a time reconnect them.
whe the fuse blows now you know that system is causing you the
heartache. @ things to look for power and grounds. Either one you
choose to do first. there is no wrong or right way. Sounds like a
short in the fuse block itself or a short to ground in one of the
systems that get their power from #13 fuse.
