Does anyone know what happened about the person who was able to make the GTS stripes for the Probe? I believe it was Travis who was doing it and he said it was something like 80$ but that was at MM98 so that was over a year ago. I'm still planning on doing it and wondering if its still possible. I think the dealership wants some insane amount of money for them heh...typical. Thanx Peace Dan

Hey Dan, You could make your own GTS stripes or for that matter any type stripes you want. Just go to any sign shop (the ones that make outdoor signs that light up, like for banks and such) and tell them you need some vinyl. I paid $180 to have stripes put on mine at a local tint/custom shop. Two years later, I put stripes on my g/f's T-Bird for $10 and a little time. It's really simple. Just get the vinyl and cut it with a yard stick. I think the GTS stripes are 8" wide. Then just get some soapy water, wet the car down good, peel the back off the vinyl and lay it on the car. After you get the vinyl lined up, squeegee (sp?) all the water out from under the vinyl. For a fraction of the price, noone will know the difference. Oh and you could also get any color you want.
