have you checked to see if the plastic part of the adjuster is broke or stripped out? and my last question; have you tried adjusting all 3 adjusters per side. if you tried that and the adjusters are not broke, you can go to the dealer and have them adjust them to factory spec. they use 2 blue projectors that suction cup to the lens of the light. I had to have my '97 cougars reset to specs already. I hope I helped

She has the one and only R&D BSP headlight kit, which unfortunatly BSP decided not to produce. There is site out there with someone who is selling a very similer kit for $200 but they are that yellow fog light color, the white is temporaraly unavailable. If you are still interested in that I can dig up the web address, just let me know. Peace, Dan

The head lights are a kit made for probes. I have read about them on one of the probe net websites. I am not certain which one, but i'm sure if you surf them all long enough you will come across it. And the lights thats the easiest mod you can do. You have to take the RETRO fuse out of the fuse panel in the engine compartment. Then the motors that control the headlights have dials on them that control the height in which they come up. Once you take the fuse out just turn the nobs to what ever level you want. The lights will stay like that "ALL THE TIME" even when you turn your lights off. Do not put the fuse back in if you want the lights to stay that way cause they will re-adjust them selves. And the nobs that you have to turn there is a rubber boot on the nob, just pull that off, it might take a little effort but it will come off. The name for this mod is call "THE SLEEPY EYED MODE". To everyone that has been asking about the low profile headlights. I came accross the website that you can order them from. They are call innovation Fx, and based in california I suspect. They show the conversion from the factory head lights to the low profile ones, or call the miata or the New RX-7 that is soposed to come out based on their information feb 25. This is the website. http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Shop/7232/innovativefx.html I think that everyone that has been curious about the low profile head lights should goto this website, I like the design and if I ever get enough money I will be investing in this mod. Dang those are a really killer looking headlight kit, but since those aren't made what would be the address of the other kit? Is it a job that you can install yourself? Thanks man, Chas >

In my recent quest to retro fit my 94 thunderbird with hid projectors...I inadvertantly disovered that I can now produce completely clear outer lens covers out of 1/4" high optical quality glass..( I remove the factory lens from the reflector and make my own out of glass.... on my next mold I have left spaces for Led's to be inserted in the profile of the glass hopefully makeing them glow when in parking mode.. I am just winding up with this project and was looking to see if anyone would be interested in pure clear glass lenses for retrofitting a 94(and aplicable yrs) thunderbird with HID projectors or any other custom lighting, In a couple more trys I will have nearly perfect set of molds and will be able to make more with relative ease...I asume other makes and models will follow. If any1 has any interest in either the final product or the process email me at joehutt@hotmail.com...I am pretty excited about this would like some input.
