I have Flowtech headers on my '89 Bronco, and am
fairly happy with them. They were made to fit a 5.0, but
I have a 5.8. I got them from a friend brand new
for real cheap. One of the tubes hit the frame on the
passenger side I believe, but not enough to be any problem.
On the drivers side, I had a problem with it rubbing
the front driveshaft and hitting the auto tranny
linkage. On each side, I just bent the whole header a
little bit and all is well. I figured it was because
they were made for a 5.0. As far as I know, Flowtech
doesn't make a pair for the 5.8 anyway. I had alot more
problem routing the exhaust pipes than anything
else.

I might replace them when I rebuild the motor for a
pair that's coated. Let us know how it turns out.
